We just received a package from the guys at Mochi Media, and guess what was inside? A pretty awesome trophy addressed to mister Burrito Bison himself!

As some of you may already know from our Facebook/Twitter page, Burrito Bison won a Mochi Award for Best Action Game of the year (2011). We’re super happy to receive this prize and we’d like to thank everyone who voted for Burrito Bison! It’s our very first (physical) prize, and we hope it won’t be our last one :]

It shows the entire process, from mockup to final results. You can see that it changes a lot as it goes, but trying to define a nice style + adapting the UI to the constantly changing prototype isn’t a straightforward process!

That’s it, we are officially announcing that the game is now called Knightmare Tower!

You can also have a look at some of the baddies. As you can see, you’ll be able to (actually, you’ll need to) slice them up into pieces to survive and progress.

Now don’t worry, we’ll upload some gameplay footage soon. The game still looks pretty prototype-ish but you’ll get the idea.

That’s right! A new game has been secretly taking shape in our little studio for a while now, so we thought it was time to show a little bit of it.

We started working on this game before we released Silverado Apocalypse Blaster, which came right before Burrito Bison Revenge. It’s been pretty crazy here since the beginning of the year and it’s far from being over.

As you can see, this game has no title yet (working on it) but it’s still pretty well advanced. There’s still a lot of polishing work to do, but we can already play a rough version of it. We should be able to upload some more sneak peeks soon and maybe some gameplay videos while we’re at it.

This small preview here doesn’t tell much about the game itself, but at least gives you an idea of the theme ;]
